I cannot express how these online forms have made this process much less stressful. I have had it in place for a while but never really took advantage mainly due to lazy old school ways. Having this ready to go made all the difference. I was able to change my website around so easy. Patients are very accepting of the digital ways and impressed with the interface. Thanks again for always responding quickly.
