With truForm, we can also program any type of form to be integrated (patient registration, health history update form, HIPAA forms, consent forms, and referral forms).

Please note:

  • Additional fields not included in this list can be added to the integration at anytime from our side.

  • TruForm is dynamic, and the xml will not always contain all noted nodes.  PBHS only sends nodes that are in the particular clients form and that the patient entered a value for.
