You understand that if you fail to receive and/or act upon such notices, that the website and email accounts my no longer be accessible from the Internet.

Unless you have access to your domain name, we will also need you to contact your current provider and let them know you're canceling, so they can release the domain name to you. Most often they provide a Transfer Authorization (or EPP) Code, which you can forward to us. They may also give you login info to manage it, which you can also forward to us.
