Overall, the experience was great. I am very happy we now have an up to date website that can be viewed on a desktop and mobile device. I'm so happy we chose this route and I look forward to more great communication with the team at PBHS to enhance our website and practice more and more. Roxanne and Dana were both very helpful and expeditious in their responses to my questions or concerns. The flexibility of the site as far as us being able to make changes is phenomenal. Dear Jay, Thank you for introducing your company to my wife and office manager, Catherine. She screened a lot of website companies and chose your company for many positive reasons. You weren't persistent and annoying with sales calls and answered her inquiring questions thoroughly and with immediate "semi-custom" samples to give her an idea as to what your company was capable of doing for my practice. Seeing the technological capabilities that your company had to offer first hand left a lasting impression on Catherine. She's stated countless times that your company stood apart from the competition in design and additional service offerings that were sent via internet and mail courier. She's not an easy one to please! You allowed Catherine to take the time she needed to get comfortable going live with the website. She’s not internet "savvy", but Kelli Pulido worked with her and kept her informed and continued to give her positive encouragement to tackle the website. It was a daunting task for Catherine. In the end Catherine stated that it was no big deal and that Kelli made it painless and easy. Catherine's still perplexed as to why she hesitated so long in going live. "Jay Levine, Founder of PBHS, and I met in San Antonio at the AAP meeting in 1999. We hit it off and started working on my first website almost immediately. Although primitive by today's standards, that first website set the bar for dental websites. We have heard countless compliments and positive comments about that website from inception. Then, in 2006, I asked PBHS to update the website. Once again, it became the gold standard and we enjoyed great reviews. In fact, as a result of the high quality of that website combined with PBHS's incredible SEO campaign, the website became my TOP referral. In 2010, I decided to hire a branding agency and take my marketing and advertising to the next level. After a year of market research, multiple brainstorming sessions, focus groups, creative platforms, brand deconstruction and reconstruction, we finally came up with the basis and design for what is currently my new and updated website. PBHS designed, created and coded the new website which went live in February 2012. PBHS worked incredibly well with my branding agency back in Toronto demonstrating their amazing ability to work as a team. I was so happy with the work on my current website, www.torontoimplant.com, that I asked them to build a second website right away for my continuing education series, www.MiniResidency.com. Since we started the SEM/PPC campaign and continued with our SEO work, our practice has seen a profound increase in traffic to the office just from the website. PBHS has created a seamless Mansfield Dental brand, which is by far the #1 practice in the area. They come up with something fresh every time, but the logo, look and feel is always the same. It allows us to be consistent so people recognize it and respond to it. The first thing is our website; we get positive comments about it all the time. More and more people are finding us that way, when they see that it’s inviting them to call. We come up first on the Google search and the website is so attractive that they don’t go anywhere else. Working with PBHS has been a totally positive experience in itself. Now that our practice has gotten really big, we can afford to do it right. Dentists think they can come up with their own ads. My Friends at PBHS, Several years ago you helped me set up my first web site. I did not know what I was doing but I received excellent advice from PBHS that gave me an attractive and informative site. This site remained very satisfactory until we added an associate to our practice. One of the first responsibilities I gave Dr. Harding was to help us modernize our web site and then work with adding our practice to the Social Network. I found that we were again given excellent advice by PBHS to help us chose the format and information that best reflected our philosophy of practice. The staff at PBHS were so helpful and friendly during the change over even when I was slow in making the decisions I needed to make. The patient response has been more than I expected. Repeatedly patients comment on how nicely and how professional the site is designed; one of the best they have ever seen! The ability to refer our new patients to the website is such an asset to the practice. Online registration, office policy, patient education - these are all indispensable tools of the website, items every office ought to offer their patient base. Before I started working with your company, I was not motivated to have a site designed. Most of what was being designed and offered was not of the quality I thought necessary. But after visiting with your designers at recent dental convention, seeing what you were offering your clients, I was hooked. The value of a website that is expertly designed is undeniable.
