Centerpulse Dental Inc. and PBHS Inc. Form Strategic Education Alliance

Carlsbad, CA, June 16, 2003 - Centerpulse Dental and PBHS Inc. today announced the formation of a new Strategic Education Alliance. Effective immediately, PBHS Inc. will integrate educational services, materials and technology with the Centerpulse Peer Practicum® and Continuum(SM) Dental Implant Training Programs. Various marketing and Internet-based products and services will be available to all year one and year two program participants.
As part of the arrangement, PBHS will work closely with Centerpulse to ensure that the use of PBHS referral- based marketing services will be properly installed and executed.
