Vision Software Online Registration Integration Support

Support for the following products:

Make sure that Vision Software has setup your username and password within the initial setup screen. For more information, call Vision Software at 1.800.323.3370

Once your system preferences are setup, you are ready to implement integration between your PBHS Truform and Vision Software.

The small black box at the top center of your Vision Software window will show the status of your pre-registration connection. When the green light is on, the system is set to download client data from PBHS TruForm. You can click the pause button (the || ) to stop the system from checking for client data on a regular basis. Vision Software has set the time interval for you.

When a patient submits a new TruForm, the “Pre-Registration Table” window will appear with a list of pre-registered patients. If the Web/HL7 box (to the right side in the pop-up window) is green, this patient is new. After you view and/or edit the record, the box will turn red.
