What is my domain name?
Your domain name is also known as your website address. For example, pbhs.com or pbhssupport.com are domain names.
Does it matter if I use capital or lower case letters?
It only matters in your password.
What are the password requirements?
Your password requires a string of at least 6 characters, including 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter and a number or a symbol. This is for security purposes. It is also important that you do not use a password like Password01 or the name of the person's account.
I'm trying to send mail and I get a 550 not local host error.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

You probably don't have the box checked for "my outgoing server requires authentication"
I'm trying to send mail from outlook/outlook express and I get a "enter network password" error, but I can receive mail fine.
If you have AT&T, Bellsouth, SBCGlobal, Verizon or Qwest as your internet provider (ISP), then they are likely blocking you from sending outgoing mail. You can override it by changing your outgoing (SMTP) mail port to 101.

How do I enable a vacation message in web mail?
Click the "Preferences" tab in the lower left section of the web mail screen. Scroll down to the "Vacation Message" section and check the "Enable" checkbox. Enter your vaction message in the text area. Click the "Save" button just below the "User Preferences" headline.
To disable the vacation message, clear the "Enable" checkbox and the text area. Click the "Save" button just below the "User Preferences" headline.
How do I forward all my email to another address?
Click the "Preferences" tab in the lower left section of the web mail screen. Enter the forwarding email address in the "Forward To" box in the "General User Settings" section. Click the "Save" button just below the "User Preferences" headline.
