During your website consultation, your PBHS Account Manager will work with you to secure a domain name that is perfect for your practice. We handle all aspects of domain management, so there is no headache for you! The most difficult part of the process will be deciding on the perfect domain name for your site. With two levels of hosting packages, we offer web site hosting perfectly
tailored for your practice's needs. Basic domain hosting includes unlimited
bandwidth, email accounts, and server space as well as Web Trend Reports.
Web Trend Reports
Your website is too important to evaluate with guesswork, opinions, or with misleading “counters” that display inaccurate “hits” measured in visits to your site. Now you can determine which search engines patients used to reach your site; even the keywords patients entered on these engines can be reported. We will provide you with monthly reports that track trends at your website, including an accurate count of the number of people who access it. Complete with statistical information as well as colorful graphs, our Web Trend reports provide invaluable information such as:
- How many people visited the site
- Who referred these visitors
- The most frequently visited pages
- Commonly used search keywords
- Search engine utilization
Advanced Hosting:
Keeping your website fresh and exciting has never been easier! PBHS Advanced Hosting enables your staff to securely edit any page of your web site through a built in content management system (CMS). You will be able to modify text, pictures, and colors as if using a word processor. Our programmers have been hard at work developing a system that makes it simple to change most elements of your web site. Here's how it works:
- Open any page of your website with your password secured login with Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater (on a PC).
- Notice the new Toolbar at the top of the page. This Toolbar enables you to edit most aspects of the web page.
- For example, to change text select your text and start typing - just like you would in a word processor.
- Want to add a new image? No problem. Select from hundreds of stock images located in your own private asset folder or add your own images from a CD or digital camera.
- Click on the submit button and these changes are on your website immediately!
