Online Multimedia Informed Consent System
Consent OMS™ helps the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice save time and manage risk. iConsent presents your patients either at home or in your office with the OMSNIC informed consent videos which describe the surgical process in a simple and comprehensive manner. Patients are questioned throughout each topic to reinforce the presented material and document their comprehension of the associated risks of treatment. All interactions and exchange of information between the program and the patient are permanently documented. Unlike traditional methods of physician-patient communications, iConsent OMS™ provides indisputable proof of the patient’s viewing and learning process.

The iConsent OMS system also contains an in-office component that enables patients to digitally sign all of their consent forms. These forms are saved as PDF documents and can be printed or attached to the patient’s file in most practice management systems. iConsent OMS includes over 40 standard OMSNIC consent forms.
iConsent OMS utilizes the same DVD presentations developed by PBHS for OMSNIC. iConsent OMS™ is integrated with select OMS Practice Management Software Packages.
