Truform, Collaborator and iConsent all work to minimize redundant data entry and unnecessary production of paper waste by directly integrating with many popular practice management and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software packages. The implementation of these products essentially eliminates the need for paper and data entry by staff members.

Patient data is directly populated within doctor’s practice management software and a digital version of the form is immediately attached to the patient’s account. With an electronic signature pad, patient authorization for health history forms or informed consent documents can now be acquired without printing.
